Currently seeking an Agent's Assistant to support the existing team in a busy, boutique office in London.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Day-to-Day diary management and administrative support for all Talent, working alongside the existing team
  • Supporting the team with managing enquiries, pursuing potential leads, securing bookings and liaising with the Talent
  • Liaising with production companies, corporate brands and booking agencies to proactively find new work opportunities
  • Managing jobs to ensure all briefing calls have taken place, travel and itineraries organised by production company or client, and all supporting documents made available, generally ensuring the smooth running of our Talent's jobs
  • Social Media: Managing company Instagram account daily, sourcing, developing and uploading content -General office duties, answering phone, making appointments, etc

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Have a minimum of 3 year’s experience of working in the Media or Entertainment Business, with a genuine love of TV and Radio
  • Have an up to date, keen interest and knowledge of what's happening in the industry, spotting new media opportunities and online channels and platforms.
  • Be experienced/skilled with Apple Macs/Excel/Google Drive/Emails/video conferencing sitesHave strong creative working knowledge on all Social Media to be constantly updating and developing Instagram
  • Very well organised, discreet, work well under pressure and be able to use your own initiative.
  • Represent the clients and the agency in a professional manner and tone at all times
