The Music Market / Arts and Media team has been placing outstanding candidates within the music, creative and media industries for two decades – and as a result we attract many of the most talented candidates and exciting brands and companies.
We recruit for a wide range of businesses – including record companies, independent labels, booking agents, publishing houses, studios, artist management and promoters, digital agencies and tech companies – to fill permanent, contract, temporary and part-time positions with experienced candidates.
Over the years we have invested in developing strong transparent partnerships with both clients and candidates and have proved our ability to translate a brief, however obscure, into a successful placement time and time again.
Our priority is relationships and making sure we understand each client’s individual culture and market in depth, so that we can both adapt to the changing needs of the businesses we serve and consistently place candidates we know will contribute to the growth and success of the brand.
