Sync Licensing Coordinator
Description
- Developing client relationships while handling a large volume of diverse requests including domestic television & film.
- Responding to license requests and carrying out copyright research as required before quoting.
- Handling incoming international requests for UK repertoire (Film & TV).
- Working with a range of stakeholders in the course of a deal from artist/ writer/ managers/ accountants , ensuring terms are communicated clearly and are supported.
- Coordinating with creative sync team to ensure opportunities are seen through from start to finish.
- Administrative support including managing shared licensing inbox, creating sync reports and putting together presentations and analysis for internal and external use.
- Attending gigs, client entertainment and representing BMG at wider industry events.
Requirements
- Some experience of working in sync or licensing more broadly.
- Great interpersonal skills to building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach, curious and keen to learn.
- Personable, approachable & outgoing.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Good understanding of data/ analytics + proficient in Excel.
- Love for a wide range of music!
