Purpose of Role
Identify strategies and deliver paid media opportunities that brings brand consistency, increases relevance, and improves purchase intent.
This position is remote.
Key Accountabilities Include
- Supports the development and activation of digital media plan to deliver on the marketing campaign’s goals and KPIs
- Ensures campaign performance and insights
- Ensures the development and execution of asset creation
- Ensures best practices to contribute to a center of excellence for paid media
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Develops media related planning and execution documentation
- Establishes paid media creative needs to best support the optimal customer journey and channel mix
- Ensures analytics adherence via UTMs for all paid media tactics, pixel implementation, and QA for accurate reporting and data capture
- Tracks and reports monthly media billing (invoices and authorizations-to-buy) to ensure pacing is on budget

Requirements
Ideal Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital media (Social, Search, Amazon)
- Experience in media analytics tagging, pixels, and reporting
- Experience in spec development and asset management
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Excel (pivots, v-lookups, etc.) and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid media experience
- Experience at a paid media agency across multiple accounts
- Experience with Google Analytics or cloud-based project management tools
- Experience with a top consumer brand

Compensation
- Up to $95,000 per year
- The posted compensation is the base pay. This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time
