Job Description
As our Social Media Specialist at TEA, you will be responsible for creating and delivering social media campaigns and content. Your role will involve producing content in various formats such as written, video and graphics, whilst staying up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends to lead the team with data driven strategy and insights.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading the social media function for up to 10 client accounts
  • Collaboration with client and account managers to devise innovative strategies and brand-building initiatives for artists, labels and festivals
  • Manage day-to-day social media strategy and content for channels including Snapchat, Tik Tok, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin
  • Demonstrating a high level of digital proficiency and knowledge of related social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, Youtube and Linkedin
  • Assist in the execution of tactical social media campaigns, handling calendars, copywriting, scheduling and obtaining necessary approvals from clients and account managers
  • Creation and management of ads within Meta and Tik Tok for brand awareness and conversion campaigns
  • Perform monthly social media audits on all accounts to identify how to strengthen community engagement, growth and sustained brand awareness
  • Analyze social media data and generate reports on artist and project performance, providing feedback directly to team and clients
  • Stay updated with social media updates, tools and trends, to apply them effectively for current priorities across artist releases, event launches and festival activations
  • Create social media marketing strategies that deliver brand awareness, engagement and retention of community
  • Creation of posts including video, animation, graphics, stories and unique copy using tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, Capcut
  • Creating compelling and engaging copywriting to support social media posts
  • Daily community management, responding to comments, sharing stories, engaging with fans and specific accounts followed
  • Using listening tools to understand of-the-moment trends, brand apathy and improving customer experiences
  • Working with PR and Marketing teams to amplify messaging across all social media channels

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Possess 2-3 years minimum of experience in Digital / Social Media marketing within a recognised Marketing Agency, preferably within the music or entertainment industries, and a familiarity with Digital Streaming Partners (DSPs).
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Spotify and Youtube including understanding their latest trends, features and algorithms.
  • Display enthusiasm for electronic music, club and festival culture, along with a willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing landscape
  • Exhibit insatiable curiosity, a proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships, excellent organisational and critical thinking skills, exceptional oral and written communication abilities
  • Be extremely detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in high-pressure environments and proficient in the Adobe Suite, Microsoft Excel, Asana, and Slack systems
  • Willingness to work overtime when required and have a degree of flexibility for out of hours deliverables. Being responsive to client needs and the dynamic nature of social media platforms
  • Proficiency in using social media data to measure and optimise campaign KPI’s including engagement rates, follower, growth and conversion metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet time critical deadlines
  • Ability to deliver at pace with a high level of attention to detail and brand guidelines
  • Deep understanding of factors that drive music consumption and event sales, and understand what buttons to push at the right time
