Relationship Manager - Black Music
Description
- Delivering a tailored account management programme for high value and emerging writer/producers and music publishers active in the black music sector
- Dealing with escalated service requests and managing to a successful conclusion whilst taking action to ensure issues do not re-occur
- Representing PRS at relevant industry meetings, appearing on any relevant panels or events
- The creation and implemention of an acquisition and retention strategy for high earning and emerging black music writer and publisher members
Requirements
- Significant experience in PRS for Music business or related industry experience (music publishing, record label, artist management, journalism)
- Proven account management experience in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Proven track record working with key accounts and managing expectations of stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)
- A strong profile and network within the black music community is essential
