XITE has access to virtually every available music video through agreements with all major and top independent music labels.
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Managing hiring process for all vacancies including sourcing and interviewing cycle through to start date
Help new hires integrate with XITE’s company culture
Provide international employees with assistance in visa processing and relocation
Facilitate employee performance evaluations and coordinate with department heads
Responsible for employee headcount, scaling departments, tracking employee contracts and retention
Responsible for employee contracts and related matters
Researching, identifying and implementing continuous improvements in HR & Recruiting
Other HR projects like setting up a new onboarding program

Requirements

This role will oversee all Recruitment and HR aspects of XITE. Initially, it's a temporary job of 6 months with a chance of extension.
