Product Manager, Podcast
Description
- Drive a clear vision and product roadmap for how creators – from those just starting out to enterprise publishers with many shows – should be able to promote themselves and their content on and off Spotify
- Collaborate with Design & Engineering partners to write detailed requirements and break down complex deliverables into manageable, sequenced scope
- Partner with Insights to understand creator perception of our growth tools and competitive offerings, and incorporate that understanding into our future plans
- Prioritize across a complex product portfolio and diverse customer segments to increase creator value on Spotify
- Build strong working relationships with teams across Spotify in order to effectively advocate creator’s needs
- Communicate strategic context at the right level for different stakeholder groups, making sure each audience understands the why behind decisions that were made
Requirements
- An experienced product manager with strong strategy and execution skills, and a proven track record of delivering impact for end users
- Experience building media, creator or ads products is a plus
- Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication at multiple levels, from sharing a vision to writing specs
- Curious to learn more about how creators get discovered on and off Spotify
- Passionate about creators succeeding & finding their home on Spotify
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the Americas region as long as we have a work location
- This team operates within the EST time zone for collaboration
