Job Description:
  • Responsible for product design for the music copyright platform and publishing rights management system; identify challenges in copyright strategy, provide solutions, and develop best practices.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, business development, and operations teams to implement advanced platform features, conduct training for internal clients and music partners, and refine product features.
  • Develop system metrics, optimize platform modules, monitor industry trends and drive product innovation.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in equivalent technical field.
  • 3+ years of product manage experience with hands on experience in copyright platforms, B2B system design , CRM, or finance products.
  • Strong product planning and interactional design and sensitive to user experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data-oriented, logical and self-motivated.
  • Excellent in communication and project management, able to work under pressure and solve complex problems and independently own projects.
  • Experience in the music industry or content related industry (such as audio, video, literature, etc.).
