Role Description
The Partnerships Management Team requires a Production Assistant to join the festival delivery area of the Marketing Partnerships department. We are looking for a highly organised individual who can hit the ground running, taking direction to deliver a wide range of partnerships across the Live Nation festival portfolio from all sectors including alcohol, fashion, lifestyle, automotive etc. They will have the full support of a strong partnership delivery team however the requirement will be to assume responsibility for their allocated responsibilities.
The role would suit someone who can build solid working relationships quickly and easily, works well on their own initiative and is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and previous experience of working with brands and agencies, as well as experience of working onsite at events is highly preferred.

What the role includes
  • Administrative and organisational support to enable the Partnerships team to fulfil contractual agreements
  • Client and agency liaison pre, at and post event – working closely and collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of rights, within strict deadlines
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and key internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and results for partners.
  • Delivering partnerships onsite at festivals across the UK as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs (including but not limited to our online portal/accounting & invoicing/contract summaries/creative assets/program recaps).

  • Highly organised and excellent communicator
  • Experience either in partnerships, marketing, festivals, or the live music business would be advantageous
  • Resourceful and flexible with a positive ‘can do’ approach
