The Music Matters team in Atlanta is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager is a full-time, onsite role and will be an integral part of the daily operations of the organization.
Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Answering office phone and directing calls appropriately
  • Fielding initial new business calls and answering questions and inquiries as able
  • Managing all day-to-day invoicing. This includes all accounts payable, accounts receivable, communication with contractors and vendors about payment, and creating payment schedules for clients post-event.
  • Managing and coding credit card and bank charges weekly, tracking down receipts and invoice numbers for charges
  • Communicating with the sales team about their shows, their clients, and facilitating payment on invoices.
  • Assisting the Owner, Director of Marketing, and Logistics Manager as needed
  • Greeting and assisting all visitors who come to the office
  • Keeping the office well stocked with coffee and mints

Requirements
