Description
- Sourcing new music, listening to and appraising incoming material for airplay, and program music on primary network and other networks where needed using G Selector, Zetta and other music scheduling programs.
- Providing leadership, mentorship and direction to the music programming team as required.
- Proven experience in building communities within a music environment.
Requirements
- Experience developing and implementing a strategy for the sound and direction of music curation and programming.
- Leadership confidence, to both lead and inspire a team and become a spokesperson for Unearthed.
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude to engage new and emerging talent and provide vision for Unearthed into the future.
- Knowledge and experience with digital broadcasting systems such as Netia, Pro Tools G Selector and Selector is highly desirable.
