SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way. The US TikTok User & Product Operations organization is looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and detail-oriented team member to provide high quality analysis to cross functional stakeholders.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
  • Creator Growth: Onboard new creators to build up world-class content creator networks with quantity and diversity.
  • Creator Management: Establish creator tiering system to tailor operational strategy for each tier. Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier creators. Trouble shooting for creators to interact with WWA
  • Creator Engagement: Activate and engage music promotion creators. Design incentive plans to improve creators' activeness on music promotion platforms.
  • Creator Education: Work cross-functionally with PM teams to develop promotional products based on creator feedback. Organize webinars to enhance music promotion product awareness

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing Tech companies
  • Experience in operating influencer marketing campaigns on social media platforms
  • Good understanding of TikTok content ecosystem, music programming tentpoles, festivals and social media trends are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills and project management skills.
  • Excellent data analytical skills. We hope you have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights and trends and the aptitude to influence new strategies based on these insights.
