Music Coordinator, Series, Amazon MGM Studios
Description
- Creating policies and systems to manage music assets
- Tracking and reporting music budgets, licensing, and deliverables
- Managing series music releases and playlists
- Collecting cue sheets and ensuring third party publishing information is accurate
- Providing administrative support to Series Music Executives
- Assisting in the coordination of other music operations as needed
Requirements
- Previous relevant experience at music label, publisher, sync agency, marketing agency, music supervision company and/or television studio
- Basic understanding of music licensing process
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience with Airtable, Rapidcue, Photoshop, DSPs and PRO Databases
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
