Description
Music Content Operations Specialist, Publishers Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support as part of a global partner music operations team
- Execute and optimize support workflows for music partners around product use, product insights, and issue resolution
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including partnerships, operations, legal, product, data and engineering teams
- Operational support for music rights management products and tools
- Communication with partners in regard to onboarding specifications and processes, including general documentation
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Operational experience at a rights-holder or digital service provider
- Knowledge of digital rights management products
- Technical operations capacity (ie. querying, data fluency, and/or specs, troubleshoot data issues)
- Experience with metadata standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global teams
- Experience with SQL and big data sets
- First hand knowledge of the music industry preferably in publishing
- Experience to drive results to metrics

$33.17/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
