Music Content Operations Specialist, Publishers Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line support as part of a global partner music operations team
  • Execute and optimize support workflows for music partners around product use, product insights, and issue resolution
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including partnerships, operations, legal, product, data and engineering teams
  • Operational support for music rights management products and tools
  • Communication with partners in regard to onboarding specifications and processes, including general documentation

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Operational experience at a rights-holder or digital service provider
  • Knowledge of digital rights management products
  • Technical operations capacity (ie. querying, data fluency, and/or specs, troubleshoot data issues)
  • Experience with metadata standards
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with SQL and big data sets
  • First hand knowledge of the music industry preferably in publishing
  • Experience to drive results to metrics

$33.17/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
