Vevo London is looking for a Coordinator for our Music & Talent team. You’ll need to have a passion for music, across multiple genres and be aware of the most exciting new artists and cultural trends. You’ll be highly organised, a team player and a great communicator who will attend gigs, showcases and conferences as a representative Vevo.
The Music & Talent Coordinator will support the Head of Music & Talent and the Music and Talent Managers in delivering the best experience possible to all labels, distributors, managers, and artists we work with. You'll work closely with internal Content & Programming departments, ensuring active communication and prompt delivery across our original content productions, editorial campaigns and internal projects.
Your daily responsibilities will include supporting the Music & Talent team with their administrative tasks, overseeing internal organizational matters, participating in meetings and circulating minutes, aiding in Vevo production tasks, coordinating with artist and label teams for necessary deliverables, presenting our weekly charts, and collaborating closely with internal departments to guarantee the timely and punctual fulfillment of content deadlines.
As a Member Of The Team You Will
- Assist across the Music & Talent team on general admin duties, updating internal team documents, sharing meeting minutes and action points
- Communicate with labels, ensuring they are consistently updated on developments and opportunities
- Assist on Vevo productions, chasing deliverables, working closely with the production team to ensure all deadlines are met
- Respond to label queries and be the point person for general enquiries
- Support the Content & Programming team to develop key strategies and seasonal initiatives
- Monitor and present our weekly charts internally
- Attend showcase events and gigs as a Vevo representative
- Work with a diverse roster of record labels and digital distributors to obtain assets, video deliveries and more
- Identify the most exciting new artists in the UK & beyond
- Manage our weekly EU Music Meeting, pre, during and post
- Circulate Vevo updates to labels and partners when required
- Maintain and update the Music & Talent distribution list
Requirements
This Describes You
- A strong passion for music and the music industry (as well as wider music trends and youth culture)
- A genuine eye for new and exciting music talent
- Keen attention to detail and experience delivering to deadlines
- Great organisational & communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects while updating all relevant documents and communicating updates to leadership clearly and efficiently
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
- Experience working within the music, entertainment or streaming space
- A good understanding of the digital music landscape
- Tech savvy with a good understanding of CMS and other programming tools, such as YouTube channel management & YT Analytics

This is a full-time position based on-site/in our London office. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
