The Role
We are looking for a Member Support Advisor to provide support to the general membership of PRS for Music, handling, investigating and resolving high volumes of member contacts and queries to agreed quality, productivity, adherence and availability standards
As our Member Support Advisor, some of your day to day duties will include….
  • Support our members through email, calls and other channels
  • Provide support to 3rd parties internally and externally to support queries
  • Undertake training and keep up-to information to provide the most Accurate information to our members and colleagues.
  • Support the team leadership with the development of process to better service our members
  • Partake in group days and feedback sessions to develop of process through technology and knowledge

Requirements

At PRS for Music, we want you to bring the best version of yourself to work every day. Along with being whoever you want to be, you will also have…
  • Experience working in a fast-paced target-driven customer focussed environment
  • GCSEs in Maths and English and educated to a minimum A Level standard, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of PRS for Music
  • Proficiency in working with various software platforms - such as Microsoft Office including Excel, CRM systems e.g. Salesforce and internal bespoke data systems
  • The capability, desire and commitment to learn how to manage complex queries and develop skills to progress and grow within PRS for Music
