Member Support Advisor
Description
- Support our members through email, calls and other channels
- Provide support to 3rd parties internally and externally to support queries
- Undertake training and keep up-to information to provide the most Accurate information to our members and colleagues.
- Support the team leadership with the development of process to better service our members
- Partake in group days and feedback sessions to develop of process through technology and knowledge
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced target-driven customer focussed environment
- GCSEs in Maths and English and educated to a minimum A Level standard, or equivalent
- Knowledge of PRS for Music
- Proficiency in working with various software platforms - such as Microsoft Office including Excel, CRM systems e.g. Salesforce and internal bespoke data systems
- The capability, desire and commitment to learn how to manage complex queries and develop skills to progress and grow within PRS for Music
