Marketing Specialist
Description
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and scheduling of new and upcoming releases
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of all social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and
- technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with teams inside and outside the company in Japanese and English and provide constructive feedback to the team
- Implement strategies to drive brand awareness and impressions through social media
- Write and send press releases
- Participate in conventions and manage the show booth
- Create required metadata, tagging, titling, thumbnails and documentation and uploading of content
- Special projects as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Digital Marketing
- Over three years of relevant experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, Google+ and other social media platforms and best practices
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Be self-motivated, self-starter, confident, energetic and creative
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- JAPANESE ENGLISH Bilingual. Fluent in Japanese and ability to read and write in Japanese.
