We are looking for an experienced & passionate Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver first-class marketing of Olympic & Paralympic Hospitality packages for Milan Cortina 2026 and LA28 across the USA region.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
Responsibilities
Working collaboratively with global marketing team you will oversee the delivery of the North America marketing plan to build awareness, consideration, conversion, and excitement around our Olympic Hospitality packages. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Support the planning and lead execution of campaigns across CRM, paid media, OOH, PR, and experiential activations to drive high-value leads to EComm (B2C) and the Sales Team (B2B)
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital team on content creation, organic social, and performance marketing activity to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Content & Creative Oversight: Brief creative teams and agencies to develop compelling, region-specific assets for web, email, social, and print. Oversee the coordination and use of event-captured content across platforms, ensuring effective storytelling that enhances the brand narrative and supports conversion efforts. Provide oversight of global content across all channels, including web, CRM, and social ensuring cohesive messaging and brand standards.
  • Partnerships: Identify, negotiate and oversee impactful media and brand partnerships to increase reach and visibility.
  • PR & Communications: Support activity driven by the PR Agency as necessary, including activity ideation, drafting talking points for brand ambassadors, reviewing press releases and media kits.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure partner marketing requirements are fulfilled in line with the IOC and M26/LA28 objectives.
  • Global Marketing Campaigns: Support global team members with regional marketing campaigns, as necessary.
  • Reporting: Lead the delivery of North America marketing campaign reporting, in partnerships with the data analytics team including recommendations throughout the lifecycle of the campaigns.
Budget & Performance Management
  • Oversee North America marketing budget reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with financial goals.
  • Drive timely execution of all marketing initiatives, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Work with data analytics to deliver progress reports against campaign objectives, including suggestions to adjust strategies and optimize outcomes.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, sponsorship, digital, and creative, to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives and sponsor deliverables.
  • Coordinate with global teams on campaign execution, ensuring consistent messaging across markets while supporting region-specific activations.
Knowledge & Experience
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering successful B2B & B2C marketing strategies and campaigns through-the-line for live events that drive ticket sales (or revenue).
  • Experience marketing to high & ultra-high net worth consumers is desirable.
  • A deep understanding and respect for consumer-first strategy, creative and performance marketing; understanding of a global consumer and localization tactics within the wider strategy

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communications skills. Attention to detail is critical!
  • Ability to work quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to quality of output.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-direct and motivate and work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to build strong and effective relationships with multiple key stakeholders and teams in various locations.
TRAVEL & AVAILABILITY
  • You may be required to do out-of-hours regular working hours to meet with colleagues in multiple time zones and during peak times of production and delivery of campaigns.
  • Light travel to oversee marketing activities, collaborate with global offices, or support on-site during Olympic Games events, as needed
