Marketing Director
Description

The Marketing Director oversees the Marketing department for ENT Legends Concerts, Sol Blume Music Festival and Lost In Riddim Music Festival:
- Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing and promotional plans for each event based on the allocated budget.
- Manage each events budget inc
- Implement and monitor plans daily to optimize campaigns for best performance to drive ticket sales in the following categories: Traditional Media (Radio & Print); Email campaigns; Brand and Media Partnerships
- Oversee the paid social and digital marketing specialist
- Oversee the organic social and ad copy specialist
- Oversee the pipeline of graphic assets needed from the branding department or external parties for all marketing related strategies
- Work closely with PR on advance press interviews and opportunities for print exposure (Festivals Only)
- Work closely with Artist Relations to secure and coordinate artist assets, monitor artist promotional obligations, get availability for promotions with management, label and public relations agencies (Festivals Only)
- Submit budget/ROI reports and financial reconciliations for each event
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements
Our offices are located in Sacramento, CA. We are open to this position being remote for those not in the area, however monthly visits to the home office would be required.
