The Live Music Booker will support our music programme across Olympia; Watford Colosseum; Indigo at The O2; and The Halls, Wolverhampton.
You will be part of a team of bookers who are responsible for the content across these venues, ensuring that the line-up of events align with the overall vision and strategy for each location.
Relationships with booking agents and artist managers across the music industry is essential to secure top talent and enhance our live music program.
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a combination of strategic vision and deep industry knowledge.

We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success. Where: You’ll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, London for 2 days a week and will need to be able to travel to the other venues as and when required. We work 4 days on site and 1 day from home. We offer flexible start and end times. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.

Requirements

Key aspects of the role
  • You must have proven and demonstrable experience of delivering a strong music programme and/or a strong track record of securing high quality content for a Live Music setting.
  • You need to be able to balance the unique characteristics and target audiences of each venue while maintaining a cohesive overall strategy.
  • You must work closely with the General Managers of the venues to deliver, with the aim of exceeding, the number of music shows, and profit plan budgeted for, whilst ensuring that the quality is reflected in the profitability and delivery of the events
  • You must also maintain and foster varied and strong relationships across the industry including artists, management, and labels, and with key stakeholders, will all be crucial for success.
