Junior Web Editor
Description
- We are looking for a Junior Web Editor to join our Digital Content team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will support the Digital Content Manager and Web Content Editor in delivering a world-class website and digital experience.
- Support content management in line with the digital and content strategy.
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the website and our digital assets.
- Manage and respond to incoming queries, and managing stakeholder expectations in a timely fashion.
- Manage projects to develop the website to meet the needs of user requests
- Liaise with IT teams for appropriate support where required.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the end-to-end process of managing websites.
- Knowledge of managing CMS (ideally including Sitecore).
- Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practice.
- Knowledge in proofreading / copy editing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of / or interest in the music industry is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS a bonus.
