Junior UX/UI Designer
Description
- Developing process flows, lo-fi wireframes and mid-high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes in Figma for usability testing
- Feed into our design system roadmap and be a key contributor to how we progress our libraries
- Partnering with product owners to define problems and goals, analyse customer data, plan, and conduct user research.
- Partner with tech leads to understand the feasibility and development of ideas.
- Turning complex problems into elegantly simple insights, ideas, and solutions to our customers’ problems via workshopping
- Supporting our UX Lead in running customer research both moderated and unmoderated and sharing these insights to further the company’s understanding of our customer.
- Using data to help validate your design decisions and drive design changes forward, and socialise the customer voice to the wider company as a UX champion.
- You will be working closely with our UX Lead to develop your design process, thinking and the PRS approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working with Design thinking process
- Working knowledge of Figma and similar design tools
- In depth knowledge of accessibility (a11y), relating to UK legislation
- A portfolio that showcases problem space and solution space case studies
- A good aptitude to problem solving and self-learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the following would also be beneficiary
