Junior Digital Content Manager
Description
- Work closely with the Director of Global Catalogue Streaming to develop priority and seasonal campaign assets.
- Create engaging digital content for use on DSPs, adhering to partner-provided specifications such as Spotify Canvas, Spotify Ad Suite, and Apple Motion for BMG's Catalogue Artists.
- Produce complementary audio-visual content for YouTube, including lyric videos and packshot videos, that captivate viewers.
- Develop an authentic voice for each project, staying true to the artist's style and vision.
- Collaborate closely with BMG's Catalogue Digital Marketing teams to align on content creation and share assets for social media usage.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Possess excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions using your own initiative.
- Strong creative skills, with a talent for storytelling through art.
- Collaborative and professional, adept at working harmoniously with diverse teams in the business.
- Passionate about music, with a basic understanding of various genres and associated styles.
- Experience creating digital assets, preferably within the music industry.
- Working knowledge of Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
- An active interest in current design trends and popular styles across social platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably related to music and/or creative industries, media and/or communication.
