International Marketing Deputy Manager
Description
- Support the International Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing plan for all international & regional repertoire product priority/potential releases/assigned projects. Marketing plan must be accompanied with a P&L which will include break-even analysis and budget investment percentage.
- Monitor and review all the promotion activities and marketing campaigns based on historical report data and market trend, especially in digital.
- Identify and develop creative strategy for potential international & regional products/repertoire
- Work with other 3rd party for artist’s concert in Indonesia/overseas and look for the opportunity to boost up the revenue during artist tour/concert such as: album bundling, digital campaign, flyaway, etc.
- Create monthly report for all International repertoire to review performance, execution, and plan.
- Weekly battle for new single(s) promotion on DSPs as well as Radio Service to all radio stations (around 400 radio nationwide).
- Actively sharing ideas and update promo/activity report that already and still running (Chart, Airplay, articles) to Regional Office or Repertoire Owner.
Requirements
- Big fan of Music, especially in International Music!
- At least 3 years of Marketing experience
- Organize, prioritize, and execute a wide range of tasks with heavy workloads and tight deadlines
- Creativity and willingness to think outside the box
- Strong teamwork skills and communication abilities with the ability to write and convey marketing plans/efforts to executives and management
- Must be innovative with a high degree of energy, flexibility and interpersonal skills.
- Must be adaptable and able to establish good relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, to be able to communicate smoothly with all other regions
