Insight Specialist
Description
- Providing the business with regular updates and insight on key member activity
- Analysis and documentation of changes and trends in distributions for key members and member groups
- Producing high quality information and commentary to illustrate key trends and changes identified in the member data
- Analyse, scope and document business processes to aid project delivery, assessing the organisational impact of any proposals
- Co-ordinate and manage service enhancement initiatives through the lifecycle, ensuring stakeholders kept up-to-date, managing risks/issues, and adherence to plans
Requirements
- Experience in working with large and complex data sets (essential)
- Educated to degree standard, preferably in numerical subject (essential)
- Expert MS Excel/Word/Power Point/Power Query skills (essential)
- Knowledge of Python/SQL/Power BI (desirable)
