The A Side: A Day in The Life
We seek a Global Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to support internal and external marketing activities across Universal Production Music and Universal Music for Creators. This person will work closely with the Global Digital Marketing Manager and the Head of Global Digital Marketing to support marketing activity, including internal and external newsletters, team admin, events, supporting global territories with ad hoc requests, social media uploads, website management and maintenance, the content schedule and communication.
It’s key that the person in this role is passionate about marketing, has experience, and keeps their finger on the pulse of best practices for social media and industry content trends. They should also be proactive and willing to support the global digital marketing team in creating campaigns that drive results.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Organised
  • Website uploads (Sitecore)
  • Admin including POs/Filling/updating the content schedule
  • Event planning and assistance
Be Collaborative
  • Work with the Head of Global Marketing and Global Marketing Manager to run successful marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the Global Marketing Manager on content and communicating content with territories via email and Trello.
  • Supporting territories with ad-hoc digital marketing requests
  • Support the global marketing team to help roll out the company re-brand in 2024
Be Innovative
  • Lead on Internal newsletters and communications.
  • External emails to clients via Marketing Cloud.
  • Once fully trained on Sitecore, this role will be the point of contact for any Sitecore queries and support the territories.
Be Strategic
  • Competitor/trend audits and present findings back to the team
Be Creative
  • Support on copywriting for social media and website.

Requirements

Person Specification
Necessary
  • Proven track record working in marketing or Degree level qualification in Marketing / similar field.
  • Knowledge of content and email marketing.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Finger on the pulse of industry and social media trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to brief creatives thoroughly.
  • Confident in presenting.
