About your role as Shift Leader:
This role is responsible for the client experience and day-to-day front office operations of our Miami facility, including team scheduling, client booking, and facility admin.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the nightly operations and client-related activities to ensure smooth functioning and presentation of the studios
- Night shift duties include client interaction, phones, coordinating session needs to ensure maximum client satisfaction, booking rooms, and daily updates to the studio calendar system
- Responsible for delegating tasks to staff to maintain cleanliness and organization inside and out of the studio.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed throughout the night and the facilities are left ready to go for the next day
- Assist clients to Studio as needed, including assistance with directions, studio tours, making coffees, teas, and overall customer service-based responsibilities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with return clients to enhance their overall experience
- Sell and negotiate studio rates via telephone, email, and text as needed
- Respond to emails and email inquiries
- Create, manage and update all social media platforms
- Supervise and lead immediate staff as well as other managers
- Create and review work-orders/invoices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role
- Customer service experience a MUST (Commitment to excellent service)
- Sales experience a MUST
- Knowledge of the industry
- Working well within a team
- Leadership skills and ability to make fast decisions
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
