Executive Assistant
Description
- Provide highly proactive administrative support to the President & SVP: schedule meetings, arrange travel, manage correspondence, order supplies, answer phones and other projects and duties as needed.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including processing visas as required.
- Prepare business expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Have a strong attention to detail and show initiative.
- Assist in presentations, coordination, and preparation of local and global meetings and conferences.

- Anticipate and assess the needs of executives to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company as well as external partners and management.
- Liaise with other assistants as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience; prior experience supporting at the executive level preferred.
- A college degree is strongly preferred.
- Some experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Adept with both Mac and PC a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus.
- Proactive with strong time management and organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and duties on a daily basis with a calm, positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly responsive and adept at following through on all duties and requests.
- Ability to work effectively with all types of personalities.
- Interest in the music business and entertainment industry.
- International experience (Asia Pac) preferred.
