Emo Nite - Creative Project Coordinator
Description
- A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and ability to speak the language of designers, editors, photographers, and various creatives
- Organizing and distributing still/video files to clients, partners, and representatives.
- Communicating with cross-functional teams to create necessary deliverables.
- Managing usage rights for all creative projects.
- Sourcing stock footage, fonts, and images as needed from media libraries.
- Support the consistent implementation of brand identity across all assets, ensuring alignment with company brand guidelines.
- Handle outreach to freelance creatives and maintain databases of specialty artists in various mediums
- Assist with maintaining day-to-day flow of design projects in production for all festivals, branded shows, concerts, and special projects.
- Assist with the intake and delegation of design requests via the internal project management systems (Asana and Slack).
- Evaluate project overview for each design request received
- Develop project timelines and set delivery expectations with Stakeholders
- Manage approval processes with Stakeholders & Executive team
- Coordinate meetings with necessary teams to account for accurate information and project clarity prior to asset production.
- Monitor creative development, plan for & troubleshoot project roadblocks, create contingency plans, and revise schedules as necessary for all projects.
- QC assets prior to routing to necessary team members for approval.
- Upon project completion, effectively organize and archive projects in Dropbox.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demanding timelines.
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed to meet deadlines.
- May be required to attend and work company events (domestic travel expected) once a full time employee.
- Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed
- All other projects and initiatives as identified
- Manage comprehensive calendars for executive, overseeing scheduling and logistical planning for events, meetings, and artist interactions
- Execute administrative duties efficiently, including managing email communications, organizing tasks in Asana, and providing quick, effective responses on behalf of executive as needed
- Handle incoming requests related to guest lists, meetings, and other engagements, ensuring a professional and organized approach
Requirements
- Staying updated on design trends, including fonts, color palettes, and layouts
- Exploring new creative techniques, programs, and outlets to enhance production quality.
- 1+ years’ experience with creative production and management
- Proven ability to execute out of the box visions
- Clear understanding of product and marketing calendar and requirements
- Established industry relationships
- Excellent communication skills: both in person and digital/online platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve and perform research
- General knowledge of live entertainment and Emo Nite brands/shows
- Knowledge of concert promotion and live event business is a plus
- Be cool and fun to work with and not annoying
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- May work in drastic temperature climates on site at our events
- Must be willing to frequently work and travel to work events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events
