THE ROLE:
TSZ is looking for an analytics-driven, self-motivated candidate who is passionate about music, technology, and cultural internet trends. This intern will work closely with the digital lead and overall marketing team, supporting music projects, digital marketing campaigns and data reporting. This is an unpaid internship and you must be enrolled in an accredited university or college program to receive school credit for this opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with digital campaign execution for artists and artist managers
- Analyze social media metrics and learn how social media and marketing plays a vital role in an artist’s career
- Research data and engagement trends across platforms for clients to increase artist following and digital footprint
- Research digital trends and emerging technologies such as Web3/NFTs, and apply strategies to music and digital campaigns
- Learn existing music tools and research new tools to streamline current digital processes while exploring new methodologies and workflows
- Build and maintain external industry relationships
- Participate and contribute in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions
Requirements
- Must be a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate currently enrolled in a college or university and receiving academic credit for this internship
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills in order to handle varied personalities, sensitive and timely situations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in the music and entertainment industry is a must
- Leadership experience on or off campus is a plus
