Digital Marketing Executive
Description
- Develop and establish TikTok profiles for all key Demon artists
- Content creation across all Demon DSP channels
- Coordination of HD upscale content across DSPs
- Collaborate with artist management across social channels
- Proactively looking at digital opportunities to grow Demon artist audiences
- Develop Demon’s YouTube channels and subscriber base
- Develop the existing Demon social media profiles to enhance our streaming profile
- Develop a network of influencers across social media
- Support with ad hoc sales and marketing tasks when required
- Ad hoc marketing task when required
Requirements
- Significant digital marketing experience within the music industry or a similar
- The ability to work strategically across all social media platforms, DSPs, and be able to plan and deliver how to grow audiences.
- You must have experience of working across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and other social media platforms with relevant examples of successful campaigns showing growth and engagement.
- You will be an expert in content creation, working with designers and managing other content creators, and have solid knowledge of pop music, or an understanding of how to research Demon’s acts.
- You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm about each of our acts/talents and all the music we release, we have a very diverse roster of music and each may require a bespoke approach in thinking.
- You will demonstrate the ability to forge and maintain strong and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will have experience in working within teams and dealing with external clients.
- You must be numerate, computer proficient (Adobe packages, content creation tools, photoshop, Word, Outlook, Excel), be creative, and able to demonstrate how to research projects and execute them efficiently.
- You will have the ability to handle a busy workload and demonstrate a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for music. The successful candidate will own the role and shape the future of how Demon will grow across YouTube and TikTok.
