Data Analyst
Description
- You will overlay marketing & advertising activity with consumption/social data to report campaign effectiveness & help optimize campaigns.
- You will be able to provide in-campaign feedback and recommendations, as well as post-campaign learnings.
- You will benchmark the performance of campaigns against KPI’s and competitors to assess performance.
- You will partner with the Central Analytics team to develop your skillset, share best practices and collaborate on wider projects.
- You will monitor Artist Audiences and recommend key editorial opportunities/targets using this data.
- You will work across key track and release schedule, closely monitoring any cross over activity between tracks and artists across various social and streaming platforms. You will be able to interpret the data, uncover untapped opportunities and trends and report back and advice the label.
Requirements
- You will already have demonstrable experience as a data Analyst, preferably within the entertainment or media sectors with experience drawing data from multiple sources
- A detail-orientated, excellent communicator, and enthusiastic collaborator that works well with team members.
- You will need to be an expert in excel
- You will know the basics of SQL and have experience with relational databases.
- You may have had experience with data manipulation tools like Alteryx or SPSS, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- You will have experience making informed recommendations to stakeholders based on the data findings
- You will be creative, constantly looking for new opportunities and trends in the data
