Requirements
- Previous experience in an events or brand marketing role within the cultural industry.
- Experience working directly with talent, dancers, or artists.
- Understanding of the UK dance scene, particularly breaking, street dance, and Afro dance.
- Knowledge of UK cultural playgrounds including music, fashion, and art.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns within the cultural sectors.
- Strong network within the dance, music, and events community, and an understanding of the broader cultural landscape.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of how brands operate within cultural spaces.
- Passion for live events, marketing, and media.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker who uses initiative and takes ownership of projects.
- Creative mindset with a track record of implementing new ideas and assessing their impact.
