Job Description
NRG is looking for a Creative Producer who can consistently generate viral digital ideas across our platforms and turn them directly into reality. Were looking for a creative mind who lives and breathes digital content with a desire to make it happen. Well look to you to ideate a variety of ideas, fine tune them, own them, and execute them in the highest possible quality before we deliver them to gamers around the world. Youll work collaboratively with our team to pitch your ideas through the approval process, and work with our content team to drive them home. Our team will empower you in every way through your creative journey in creating impactful content for our audience, but it will be up to you to oversee your ideas through every step of the way to create the biggest splash possible.

Requirements

Required Skills
Background in gaming, production or streamingCreatively driven with an appetite for digital consumption and innovationProven ability to consistently generate ideas, concepts, innovations in the social space across multiple platformsStrong sense of time management and capability to meet and uphold deadlinesStrong verbal and written skills in order to communicate between multiple departmentsOutstanding attention to detail and consistent follow upExcellent leadership traits with the ability to work autonomously and within a teamSharp presentation skills to pitch your ideas in a few slides or a Slack DMWillingness to go the distance and take the project all the way homeYoure a team player as youll be working with other creatives who love sharing ideasNot opposed to constructive criticismFlexible schedule - Therell be long hours at times, but we work these long hours together, were on the same teamExceptional networking and relationship building skillsProven success in executing offline and online events, streams and general projects in previous companies or agencies
