Coordinator - YouTube (New Recordings)
Description
- Assist with the management and optimisation of artist channels across both frontline and catalogue.
- Co-ordinate channel requests from marketing and digital teams.
- Align with marketing and digital teams on content scheduling (OMVs, community tab, #shorts, etc).
- Keep partner release schedule up to date with relevant information on releases.
- Review weekly YouTube upload claiming reports via CMS and input relevant claim requests.
- Assist with both weekly YouTube pitch-tool and regular partner comms and updates.
- Assist and present in monthly partner programming sessions.
- Support in liaising with YouTube on marketing activities and plans.
- Reporting on video and channel analytics.
Requirements
- Working with digital media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc).
- Organised.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear communication.
- Knowledge of YouTube platform and tools.
- Willingness to complete YouTube Google training course (which can be guided through).
- Wide array of music knowledge.
- Experience with visual content.
- Familiarity with trending topics.
