Team Introduction Entertainment & Music Operations at TikTok Thailand is a think-tank and energetic team in a fast-paced environment to ensure the quality of up-to-date content on our platform. The team is nurturing our ever-growing short video community by cultivating a creator community, strengthening partnerships, and innovating trends, while leaning local.
Responsibilities
  • Contact and onboard creators / KOLs for Entertainment & Music verticals and build up positive and healthy creator communities and incremental content.
  • Cultivate key creators to continuously create and improve the content in Entertainment & Music categories.
  • Responsible for supporting operations performance of key metrics and diversity of contents within Entertainment & Music.
  • Support planning and implementing online & offline entertainment & music campaigns and related data analysis.
  • Support entertainment vertical in movie, TV, series partnership campaigns.
  • Support music vertical in identifying trending music concepts, music creators in the local market, and support music promotion.
  • Work closely with creators and cross-functional teams to coordinate entertainment & music content campaigns and new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong Thai and English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • 3+ years with certain operations experience in Influencer Management, MCN, and Creative Agency in entertainment & music categories.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of entertainment, music, trends, and viral content.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, along with a detail-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using a combination of data and creative judgment to inform planning and tactical decision-making.
  • Be enthusiastic, result-driven, focus on efficiency, and can work under pressure.
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a yes-attitude and can-do spirit.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic graphic design is a plus.
