Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Our team in London is seeking a proven and highly motivated content creator manager for French Market. The ideal candidate will be managing recruitment ,education and maintaining a long term cooperation with local content creators. We are looking for an individual experienced in managing creators of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to be an individual contributor as well as adding strategic insights to the overall marketing strategy, and a high achiever. The candidate will also need to plan online events according to the social media trends and operations calendar.
Capture local social media trends and deliver creative inspirations to our creators' community.
Adjust content strategy according to market feedback and business data analysis.
Organise regular and advanced workshops to improve editing skills of our creators and make sure they follow the latest editing functions.
Daily sorting of trending pages to optimise users' experience for start up stage.
Build featured content categories particularly for the French market.

Requirements

Qualifications
2 years + experience in content and trend operations.
Understand the content trends on different social media platforms in the French market.
Experience in major content platforms is preferred.
Proficient in French and English.
