The Role
As our new Business Engagement Lead you will be responsible for maturing and leading PRSfM’s business engagement within the Cybersecurity function and will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Deputy Director of Cybersecurity and all heads of business units.
You will have responsibility for developing the business engagement strategy, plan execution and provide guidance on the design of key internal controls.

We’ve launched a comprehensive Cyber Security Programme, to increase our cyber security maturity, spanning multiple domains and activities.
The programme will deliver cyber security transformation and improvement consisting of control design, technology implementation, and broader cyber security activities to enable us to meet our ambitious business objectives and manage risk.
As our Business Engagement Lead, some of your day to day duties will include….
**Business Engagement **
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
  • Understand and communicate cybersecurity requirements and capabilities across business units.
  • Support the Head of Cyber and business units to implement the cybersecurity strategy.
Vendor Relationship Management
  • Monitor each aspect of business engagement from start until the end.
  • Optimise vendor productivity and performance through risk management strategies in-line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Communicate regularly with the executive leadership team, managed services, and partners.
  • Maintain member satisfaction by maintaining the quality of services offered and ensuring the delivery of work in the assigned time.
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate cross functionality with various departments and communicate with stakeholders of varying seniority to explain tracking against key performance indicators and metrics in simple business language.
  • Engaging with the wider business on cybersecurity capability and partnership requirements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related technical area.
  • Knowledge of the Information Security Management Standard (ISO27001), NIST CSF, and GDPR.
  • One of the following certifications or equivalent: COMPTIA Project +, PMP, CBPL, CIM, or a Professional Certificate in Team Leadership.
  • Experience in managing and leading a security pillar, with oversight in delivery, work, and performance.
  • Knowledge of security technologies and cybersecurity
  • Experience in identifying vendor requirements and risks to manage them in a way that protects PRSfM.
  • Experience in overseeing and providing guidance on the design and execution of key internal controls within the supply chain and Data Governance.
  • Knowledge in the secure onboarding, offboarding, and in-life management of vendors.
