Business Engagement Lead - Cyber
Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- Understand and communicate cybersecurity requirements and capabilities across business units.
- Support the Head of Cyber and business units to implement the cybersecurity strategy.
- Monitor each aspect of business engagement from start until the end.
- Optimise vendor productivity and performance through risk management strategies in-line with Service Level Agreements.
- Communicate regularly with the executive leadership team, managed services, and partners.
- Maintain member satisfaction by maintaining the quality of services offered and ensuring the delivery of work in the assigned time.
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate cross functionality with various departments and communicate with stakeholders of varying seniority to explain tracking against key performance indicators and metrics in simple business language.
- Engaging with the wider business on cybersecurity capability and partnership requirements.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related technical area.
- Knowledge of the Information Security Management Standard (ISO27001), NIST CSF, and GDPR.
- One of the following certifications or equivalent: COMPTIA Project +, PMP, CBPL, CIM, or a Professional Certificate in Team Leadership.
- Experience in managing and leading a security pillar, with oversight in delivery, work, and performance.
- Knowledge of security technologies and cybersecurity
- Experience in identifying vendor requirements and risks to manage them in a way that protects PRSfM.
- Experience in overseeing and providing guidance on the design and execution of key internal controls within the supply chain and Data Governance.
- Knowledge in the secure onboarding, offboarding, and in-life management of vendors.
