What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support for the setup and monitoring of advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain and update records and databases related to campaign activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agency contacts to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to client requests and inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gain knowledge of Sky Media’s offerings and support the promotion of premium content.
  • Learn and utilize industry-specific systems and tools to manage campaign operations.
  • Support the team in gaining insights into agency deals and ensuring effective delivery.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience within an administration, customer service or account management role
  • Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidence and diplomacy in interactions.
