Description
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years experience in a creative field with some experience managing teams, managing up, managing projects, and working production.
- A well-developed creative point of view, and the ability to identify strong ideas and executions.
- Patient and detail-oriented
- Collaborative with strategic, brand, creative, production and media partners
- Finger on the pulse of creative cultures and technologies.
- Virtuoso knowledge of their own discipline, with a cursory knowledge of those that fall outside.
- The ability to translate ideas for internal teams or clients, through decks and presentations.
- Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
- Be an inspirational leader with the ability to guide diverse teams.
- Proven track record in creating excellent work. Proof of ability to develop great ideas and up-level the work with their craft.
Benefits & Perks
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $150K - $170K annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
