Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in radio programming and digital content strategy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of current music and industry trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Sound+, Nexgen and Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Audition, Photoshop)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- On-Air experience
- Music Label relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field
