Assistant Mixer/Machine Room Assistant - Commercial Division
Job Description
- Working knowledge of Protools and Mac OS
- Basic familiarity of VO IP protocols such as Source Connect & IPDTL, Riverside.fm, ZoomTM
- Strong fundamental knowledge of audio signal path gain staging
- Hands on experience with dynamic and condenser microphones and
- Audio interfaces (Zoom L8, Mackie USB, Digidesign 192s, ProTool MTRX)
- Basic knowledge of noise reduction tools such as Isotope Rx, Klevgrand Brusfri
- Podcast recording - in person
- VO sends to remote mixers from Sound Lounge
- Prepare incoming client materials for sessions
- Transfer billing details from mixer Google Document workorders to DatanetTM database
- Transcode video files from mix sessions for client review
- Light database management for session archival and retrieval
- Strong written (email) communication skills for client interaction
- Full-time in person
- Salary: $32-40k
