Artist & Label Partnerships Manager
Description
- Represent Spotify Artist and Label Partnerships department externally, attending meetings with the industry, including label partners, managers and artists to find opportunities and develop partnerships
- Lead and mentor members of the team, guiding them through campaign planning, relationship building, and cross-functional process execution
- Keep track of, review and evaluate department priorities, as well as culturally relevant moments, and identify in collaboration with a cross-functional team those artists that Spotify will support in on and off platform promotions
- Work directly with the artists, their label and their management teams to collect insights and develop executive-level priority campaigns, from brief development, conception, production all the way through execution
- Develop relationships, collaborate and advocate with internal partners
- Educate label partners and creators on Spotify for Artists and the platform, initiating opportunities for informative programs and presentations to the US Latin industry
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience building global marketing campaigns or project management programs
- Ability to balance multiple priority projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English is required
- Understanding of the music industry and experience including label and management
- Have an outstanding ability to build and manage relationships
- Open, transparent and clear communicator
- You can interpret data & insights to communicate the business purpose and results of campaigns & strategic initiatives
- Well organized and strive in operational excellence, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
- You are comfortable in very fast paced, driven work environments and can do well in a team that moves quickly
- An optimistic-minded, self-starter with an ambitious demeanor and steadfast curiosity to solve problems
- Able to easily adapt and learn new skills as circumstances change
