Academy of Music Coordinator - Part Time

Description

Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire a coordinator to add to our Music Academy team! Our Coordinator for the Academy of Music and Technology at Sweetwater has the opportunity to work side by side with the area's top instructors and hundreds of students of all skill levels. Duties include daily scheduling, enrolling new students, and processing payments. You will also be interacting with students, parents, and teachers to ensure everyone has a WOW experience.

Requirements

This is a part-time position. All applicants must have some degree of flexibility for this role. The typical schedule will include Saturdays and Sundays with a day during the week. You can expect at least 15 hours a week in this type of role.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in retail or customer service
  • An impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task in an incredibly fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, outgoing personality
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • A background in music education and knowledge of the product Sweetwater offers is a HUGE plus
