Summary
The A&R Intern will be responsible for supporting the A&R Manager with administrative tasks including organization of systems, distributing weekly assignments to Project Managers, and supporting validation of deals.
Responsibilities
Assist with the organization and maintenance of our system to ensure contracts are up to date
Support the validation of deals with legal by ensuring all required information is accurately documented
Assist with distributing weekly assignments to Project Managers to facilitate with clients
Validate and confirm Schedule A's for accuracy and completeness
Ensure compliance with Terms of Service (TOS) regulations for client signings

Requirements

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Ability to stay well organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Previous experience at a record label or music publisher preferred
Previous experience with Salesforce preferred

This internship is for college credit.
Must be enrolled in a university and continue to be enrolled for the duration of the internship.
Graduates are not eligible for the internship.
Must be able to provide documents/eligibility requirements in order to receive college credit or the applicant will be disqualified.
