Full-service Independent Record Label and Publishing Company, founded by the musician Peter Walker in 2004, headquartered in Sunset Junction in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Since its inception, Dangerbird has been a driving force both locally and nationally, launching the careers of superstar acts Fitz and The Tantrums and Silversun Pickups, along with Sea Wolf, Slothrust, Butch Walker, The Frights, Royal Teeth, and others. Dangerbird steadfastly elevates and invests in art and artists, and is currently home to a diverse and exciting roster, an active recording studio and a performance space that anchors one of the most dynamic and creative neighborhoods on earth.
